Betel – On 5th October we had a visit from BETEL.
Betel of Britain is a caring, not-for-profit Christian community in the heart of the UK dedicated to restoring homeless and substance-dependent people to productive, independent lifestyles.
Betel opened its first British base outside Birmingham in 1996 at Windmill House, owned by the Bournville Village Trust. Additional residences followed, and we've now opened our second UK centre at Manna Farm, near Nottingham.

Betel shared at both services about their work in transforming peoples lives.
At the end of the service four people with drug and alcohol dependencies came into the church for a food parcel giving the four guys from betel opportunity to talk to them about how thier own lives had been transformed through Jesus Christ.
